1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ph365vip online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the website at ph365vip.app and any associated mobile applications or progressive web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is operated by ph365vip ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you ("you," "your," or "the Player") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the ph365vip Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

ph365vip reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the ph365vip Platform. This age restriction is in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. ph365vip reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ph365vip Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ph365vip makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register for a ph365vip account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document
• A valid email address that you own and have access to
• A valid Philippine mobile number registered in your name
• Your date of birth
• A secure password of your choosing

You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. ph365vip reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any time.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ph365vip Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If ph365vip determines that a player holds more than one account, all accounts may be suspended, any pending withdrawals may be cancelled, and any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph365vip account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ph365vip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify ph365vip immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

ph365vip is required to verify the identity of all registered players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at ph365vip's discretion.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of your account. ph365vip processes all submitted documents with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.2 Account Suspension & Closure

ph365vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity
• The player has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• The player has requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy
• ph365vip is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds — may be forfeited at ph365vip's discretion.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ph365vip reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, which is available upon request. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied. To reactivate an inactive account, simply log in to the Platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph365vip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players:

• GCash (instant deposits; withdrawals processed within 15 minutes during business hours)
• PayMaya / Maya (instant deposits; withdrawals processed within 15 minutes during business hours)
• Bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Landbank, and UnionBank
• Other payment methods as may be added to the Platform from time to time

All transactions on ph365vip are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph365vip does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification status, payment method, and applicable regulatory requirements. Current limits are displayed in your account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. ph365vip does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete identity verification as described in Section 3.1.

ph365vip aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required security checks. ph365vip reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of verification procedures.

4.4 Responsible Deposits

ph365vip encourages all players to deposit only what they can afford to lose. Deposit limits can be set in your account settings at any time. ph365vip does not offer credit facilities and will not accept deposits made using credit cards or borrowed funds.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ph365vip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. The specific terms applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a bonus of ₱500 with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place total bets of ₱10,000 before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ph365vip strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements, and any other activity that ph365vip determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers in bad faith. ph365vip reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

5.4 Modification & Withdrawal of Promotions

ph365vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable bonus terms.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Availability

ph365vip offers a range of online casino games including slots, live casino table games, bingo, keno, and other gaming products. The availability of specific games may vary and ph365vip reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the Platform at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Random Number Generation & Fairness

All random-outcome games on the ph365vip Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in secure studio environments and are subject to the same fairness standards. ph365vip does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or the crediting of winnings, ph365vip reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager placed. ph365vip's decision in respect of any malfunction is final. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

6.4 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the ph365vip Platform. These limits are displayed within each game and may be subject to change. ph365vip reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any player account at its discretion.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph365vip Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or systems
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes
• Transferring funds between player accounts or acting as an agent for another player
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph365vip Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of ph365vip or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ph365vip.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

ph365vip is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its players. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at ph365vip.app/privacy-policy.

By registering for and using the ph365vip Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ph365vip processes personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

10 Responsible Gaming

ph365vip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph365vip, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

ph365vip's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph365vip account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph365vip does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments

ph365vip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph365vip will provide notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory authority. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your ph365vip account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12.3 Termination by ph365vip

ph365vip reserves the right to terminate your account and your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, subject to applicable law. In the event of termination for cause (including breach of these Terms), ph365vip may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and ph365vip, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently through our support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

13.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
