You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for notifying ph365vip immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
12 Children's Privacy
The ph365vip Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. ph365vip does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If you are under 21 years of age, you must not register for or use the ph365vip Platform.
If ph365vip becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from an individual under the age of 21, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that ph365vip may have collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 14.
13 Changes to This Privacy Policy
ph365vip reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable laws, or the features and services offered on the Platform. When material changes are made, ph365vip will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
